Yes! The Versa Note Interop, available from NuGet.org, enables your custom SOLIDWORKS add-in or macro to interact with Versa Note.

With VersaNote.Interop, you can read drawing sheet notes as well as add, remove or update notes, open the Versa Note Editor and even update linked annotations.
